Follow these steps to request and use a RIYAS NGL visitor gate pass.
Enter visitor details
Complete the visitor, contact, ID/Iqama, vehicle and visit information accurately.
Select destination
Choose the receiving company and relevant project package.
Submit and retain the ID
Submit the request and keep the generated Request ID for tracking.
Contractor review
The selected contractor reviews all request details and approves or rejects it.
Receive the permit
After approval, the portal generates a local demo PDF gate pass.
Security gate
Present the approved PDF permit and original ID/Iqama at the security gate.

إدخال بيانات الزائر
أكمل بيانات الزائر والتواصل والهوية أو الإقامة والمركبة والزيارة بدقة.
اختيار الوجهة
اختر الشركة المستقبلة وباقة المشروع المعنية.
إرسال الطلب
أرسل الطلب واحتفظ برقم الطلب لاستخدامه في المتابعة.
مراجعة المقاول
يراجع المقاول المختار جميع بيانات الطلب ثم يعتمد الطلب أو يرفضه.
استلام التصريح
بعد الاعتماد، تنشئ البوابة تصريح دخول تجريبيًا بصيغة PDF محليًا.
بوابة الأمن
يجب إبراز تصريح PDF المعتمد وأصل الهوية أو الإقامة عند بوابة الأمن.
