These conditions apply to visitor gate-pass requests for RIYAS NGL project access.
1Submitting a request does not grant access; contractor approval is required.
2All visitor, vehicle, material and visit information must be accurate and complete.
3The visitor must present a valid original ID/Iqama and the approved permit at the gate.
4Access is limited to the approved date, time, purpose and designated project area.
5All project safety, security, PPE and emergency instructions must be followed.
6Photography, recording and information sharing are prohibited without authorization.
7Vehicles, materials and equipment must be declared and are subject to security inspection.
8Permits may not be transferred, shared, altered or used by another person.
9Project management and security may reject, suspend or revoke access when required.
Official RIYAS NGL, project management, safety and security instructions prevail at all times.
الشروط والأحكام
تطبق هذه الشروط على طلبات تصاريح دخول الزوار إلى بوابة RIYAS NGL.
1إرسال الطلب لا يمنح تصريح الدخول؛ يجب اعتماد المقاول.
2يجب أن تكون جميع بيانات الزائر والمركبة والمواد والزيارة صحيحة وكاملة.
3يجب إبراز أصل الهوية أو الإقامة والتصريح المعتمد عند البوابة.
4يقتصر الدخول على التاريخ والوقت والغرض ومنطقة المشروع المعتمدة.
5يجب الالتزام بجميع تعليمات السلامة والأمن ومعدات الوقاية والطوارئ.
6يُمنع التصوير أو التسجيل أو مشاركة المعلومات دون تصريح رسمي.
7يجب الإفصاح عن المركبات والمواد والمعدات وتخضع للتفتيش الأمني.
8لا يجوز نقل التصريح أو مشاركته أو تعديله أو استخدامه من شخص آخر.
9يحق لإدارة المشروع والأمن رفض الدخول أو تعليقه أو إلغاء التصريح عند الحاجة.
